My Story
Hi there, my name is Kelly - WELCOME to my blog site. I created this site because of my love for plants. I get self satisfaction planting seeds, waiting patiently until the first little sprout peaks up from under the soil to greet the sun.
I live in the southern United States with my two dogs, an Anatolian Shepherd/Lab mix and a Boxer/Red Healer Mix, both rescue dogs.

I've had flower and vegatable gardens almost all of my adult life. I make it a point to plant flowers and landscaping that encourage bees, birds and butterflies for pollination. I focus on planting drought resistant plants as well as composting, I like to think of composting as the circle of plant life or organic recycling.

So whether you are on your first journey with getting your hands in the dirt or if your life revolves around plants and how they can enhance your life, I'd like to begin our plant journey together.
